Programme Timeline
Startups and SMEs joining KODEN Consulting’s South Korea Market Entry Program will advance through three key phases: Go-To-Market Review, Go-To-Market Execution, and Post-Program Support. The duration of Phase 1 and Phase 2 is flexible, adapted to your timeline, market readiness, and the opportunities identified. During Phase 2, companies engage with commercial leads, physically in Korea during a delegation spanning 1 week. Upon completing this phase, they gain access to 18 months of post-program support in Phase 3, ensuring continued guidance and market traction.
